Awesome hotel, awesome restaurant. Expensive for a reason. I finally had the chance to check in at the local tycoon hotel during my trip to Dubai. Very happy. The taste and environment are first-class. No need to say more. Go there if you have the chance.

帆船酒店内最有名的餐厅肯定要算上这家海底餐厅了。现在没有了4道菜的晚餐，招牌套餐的话是按人头算，就是如果点的话同桌所有人都要点，我们最终选择单点，毕竟招牌套餐内的菜式在菜单上也是一样的。生蚝品质很好，作为前菜很适合。主菜点了大菱鲆鱼，配塔塔酱不过不失。甜品的太妃布丁感觉太甜了，后面赠送的甜点还比较好吃。。。总的来说菜品没有非常惊艳，但环境和服务确实极致了，难得来到的话可以一试。

是标准的法式西餐风格，分5道菜、4道菜和3道菜，最便宜的一餐至少要650元/位，还不提供酒水，需要水的话只能点Aqua Panna矿泉水，一瓶750ml的就要110AED了，折合人民币200多呢！真！贵！前菜中扇贝苦得简直无法下口，鸭肉春卷倒是不错，然而作为主菜的七成熟牛排，切开竟然没有血水，跟王品的卤牛肉一般老，配的酱也不是一般的难吃，最后的巧克力甜品也甜到伤心，并没有到甜而不腻的地步。

帆船酒店的海底餐厅上年整修后换了新的大厨，米其林厨师NathanOutlaw来坐镇。不过个人感觉对于这样一间星级餐厅来说，口味比较一般，摆盘也不太精致。生蚝和龙虾烩饭是比较满意的菜式，尤其龙虾烩饭里的香橙出奇的惊喜，餐前赠送的海鲜汤味道也很好。扇贝和甜点还可以，但是sidedish的薄荷土豆相当失望。不过环境是无懈可击，从入口到酒柜和餐厅环境都很别致，那个酒柜很震撼，金光闪闪随时亮瞎眼。不是说菜式难吃，就是对比这个价格和环境来说没有到眼前一亮的感觉，略平庸。
